This is the Privacy Policy of LIMAR GROUP OF COMPANIES, which includes its respective subsidiaries, related companies and jointly controlled entities. (hereinafter referred to as “Limar Group”, “we” or “us”). We recognize and respect your rights in respect of your personal data and information (“Personal Data”). This Privacy Notice sets out how we will handle your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and the laws of Malaysia.

Provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However if you do not provide us your Personal Data, we may not be able to provide you the products or services you request or process your Personal Data for the purposes set forth below.
Please understand that should you provide insufficient information, inaccurate information or decline to provide obligatory information that we request for, we may not be able to process your requirements and/or requests and ultimately be unable to provide you with your requirements and/or requests.

When you visit our official website, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns to ascertain the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. Miscellaneous

This Personal Data Protection Policy is issued in both Bahasa Malaysia and English in accordance to Section 7(3) PDPA. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and other language versions of this Privacy Policy, the terms of this English version shall prevail.
