TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• To maintain every MCB & DB room in order manner.
• To carry out daily electrical maintenance based on planned Monitoring Schedule and standard procedures in order to achieve downtime and maximum production volume.
• Carry out trouble shooting on machine/equipment, building maintenance.
• Doing welding works, piping, building maintenance, wiring, sharpen cutters, drill bits and blade in the production.
• Ensure a clean and orderly environtmentand that equipment is safe to operate.
• To plan and carry out proper machineries maintenance system (Electrical and Mechanical) and the Sheduled Preventive and correctives maintenace in timely manner.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries, comply to company policy.
• Involve in local project works when required by management.
• To perform any other task as per assigned by management or supervisor.

Skills.

• Able to do trouble shooting on machine, equipment, building maintenance, electrical and main swicth board.
• Capable, hard working & team player.
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction.
