Technician

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform general repairs, fabricates, installation, operation and preventive maintenance duties on regards to electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, measuring, painting, kitchen equipment, etc associated system.
• Performs general routine inspection of company’s vital operating machines, equipment and public lightings as to ensure smooth operating as per schedule
• Attend complaints with repairs and maintenance orders, or urgent top priority jobs through phone calls from tenants without delay
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and all related maintenance areas in clean and neat condition at all times

• Providing proper record on whatever work done into the daily communication book provided before end of your duty as per daily checklist/daily inspection.
• To perform any other duties set by the company policy management or his direct superiors and not included in the above job descriptions.
• Check through all common tools and keys and make report in-case if deviated from pre-set lists.

Job Requirements :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Electrical, Air-Conditioning, or equivalent; relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building or property management is preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance operations (hotel, serviced apartment, or residential environment) will be an added advantage.
• Competent in writing and speaking In English and Bahasa Melayu
• Prior experience in security (hotel/residence preferred).
• Physically fit and alert.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Able to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
