Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Switch on and off all electrical points(accessible to us) before and after business hours
2. Perform general repairs, fabricates, installation, operation and preventive maintenance duties on regards to electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, measuring, painting, kitchen equipment, and etc associated system.
3. Record all utilities and machine readings and etc per operation log sheets provided
4. Performs general routine inspection of company’s vital operating machines, equipments and public lightings as to ensure smooth operating as per schedule
5. Attend complaints with repairs and maintenance orders, or urgent top priority jobs through phone calls from other departments without delay
6. Maintain workshop tools, equipment and all related maintenance areas in clean and neat condition at all times
7. Providing proper records and whatever work done into daily communication book provided before end of duty
8. Carry out shift duties, split duties or when you called to perform of different trades when the person falls sick or is absent from duty as call upon to do so from to time as directed by superior
9. Required to work overtime as and required.
