PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Responsibility:

1. Machine Operation: Operate various woodworking machinery including saws, planers, drills, sanders, and CNC machines to process wood materials according to specifications.
2. Assembly: Assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and adhesives to create finished products such as furniture, cabinets, or fixtures.
3. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in finished products.
4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot issues and make minor repairs as needed.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Production Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
7. Documentation: Record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Requirement :

1. 2 years’ experience in MDF/Chipboard panel cutting on Panel Saw Machine & Table Draw Saw.
2. Spray painters with minimum 1 year experience in spray painting
3. Workers who have some basic woodworking skills
4. Proficient in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve production target.
