Human Resource Executive (payroll)

Core Responsibility:

  1. Process monthly payroll for new hires, promotions, bonuses, and resignations
  2. Administer statutory contributions
  3. Reconcile and validate payroll, liaise with banks and Finance
  4. Generate statutory tax forms (E,EA, CP21/22/22A) and handle employer benefit taxation
  5. Manage resignation payroll computations and issue relevant letters
  6. Oversee staff insurance benefits
  7. Maintain payroll records, support audits (LHDN, internal)
  8. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks
  9. Handle employee payroll inquiries and communication

 

Job Requirements :-

  • Minimum of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years of Malaysian payroll’s experience
  • Expertise in administering EPF, SOCSO, EIS deductions and IRB tax filings / procedure
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Excellent analytical, high attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Job Summary
