HR Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, general administration and employee relations activities to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & General Administration
- Track contract expiry dates and prepare renewal letters
- Maintain and update employee personal files
- Administer staff leave records and update leave systems
- Process staff claims (medical, mileage, reimbursements)
- Administer medical entitlements and maintain related documentation
- Manage time attendance and access card systems; generate monthly reports
- Compile weekly HR updates and monthly reports covering medical, leave, Telecare, and hostel matters
- HR Functional Support
- Assist in recruitment activities, interview arrangements and employee relations matters.
- Support staff welfare programs, company events and hostel administration.
- Assist in coordinate training registrations, logistics and documentation.
- Manage digital contract stamping with LHDN and maintain related records.
- Provide administrative support in procurement and office operations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
