HR/ADMIN/ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities: –

  • Assists with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payroll while adhering to regulations, maintains employee records and provides administrative support to all HR functions
  • General Administration functions and daily operational activities
  • Manage maintenance fees and sinking fund accounts, ensuring timely posting of invoices
  • Conduct daily cash counts for parking revenue, ensuring that the amounts match the generated reports.
  • Collect payments from parcel owners/tenants/season parkers accurately and on time.
  • Assist in maintaining a record of the cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet monthly operational costs – monthly reporting
  • Provide financial documentation and assist in the auditing process

 

Job Requirements :-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in human resource functions (particularly in Compensation & Benefits / Recruitment / Account)
  • Candidate must have good Computer literate- experience in MS Windows applications
  • Experience in handling computerized payroll & account system
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to meet deadlines
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision, responsible and committed to the job
