HR/ADMIN/ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities: –
Assists with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payroll while adhering to regulations, maintains employee records and provides administrative support to all HR functions
General Administration functions and daily operational activities
Manage maintenance fees and sinking fund accounts, ensuring timely posting of invoices
Conduct daily cash counts for parking revenue, ensuring that the amounts match the generated reports.
Collect payments from parcel owners/tenants/season parkers accurately and on time.
Assist in maintaining a record of the cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet monthly operational costs – monthly reporting
Provide financial documentation and assist in the auditing process
Job Requirements :-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in human resource functions (particularly in Compensation & Benefits / Recruitment / Account)
Candidate must have good Computer literate- experience in MS Windows applications
Experience in handling computerized payroll & account system
Good interpersonal skills, able to meet deadlines
Can work independently with minimum supervision, responsible and committed to the job
