Commis Chef
Responsibilities:
To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
Assist in the training and development of other kitchen staff to ensure efficient running and staffing.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Culinary or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Culinary, cooking
