Commis Chef

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
  • To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
  • To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
  • To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
  • Assist in the training and development of other kitchen staff to ensure efficient running and staffing.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Culinary or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Culinary, cooking
