Clerk Of Work

Job Description :

1. To carry out inspection of structural works, i.e reinformed concrete(RC) work and structural steel work, and civil works (earthwork, road work, drainage, sewerage, water work, etc) to ensure construction work comply with drawings and specifications.
2. to witness testing of materials and other relevant tests as required.
3. to identify defects and report to Resident Engineer/Design Engineer.
4. to monitor site progress and report to appointed Civil & Structural Engineering
5. to prepare and keep documentation QA/QC report.
6. to prepare and keep record of Site Daily Report (attendance, materials, quality, machinery record)
7. to liaise with management, consultant teams and contractors.
8. other relevant functions as per instructed by Resident Engineer/Management Representative.
