ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office administration, including document control, filing systems, record-keeping, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation for mill operations, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and easily retrievable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing letters, emails, and internal memos in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to Mill Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating purchases.
  • Support staff welfare matters such as accommodation records, amenities, and general office facilities.
  • Support compliance-related documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews when required.
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company and personnel information.
  • Act as a liaison between the mill, estates, HQ, and external parties on administrative-related matters.
  • Coordinate document submissions and follow-ups with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Mill Management from time to time.
