Special Projects Manager
Your Key Responsibilities:
To manage and coordinate all aspects of project management functions related to the organization, development and implementation of in-house exhibitions, gallery and other related projects. This includes responsibilities for drafting schedules, developing and tracking budgets and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams or departments at all levels.
Your Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in the related field
- Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Mac OS
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in English and ideally proficient in Mandarin.
- Able to work independently and adaptable.
- To be able to work under deadline, be organised & meticulous.
- To be able to travel for global workshops & exhibitions.
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of customers from different markets.
