Purchasing Executive
Job Responsibility :-
• Experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory and stock control, record keeping, and high communication skills.
• Will handle all purchasing for hotel.
• Must have basic computer skills in order to use Excel and word processing software.
• Audits invoices and checks for accuracy, receipt of material, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Assists with determining operational minimum and maximum inventory levels.
• Will be responsible for searching for the best prices and the best suppliers.
• Will keep records of all purchases in coordination with the finance and accounting department at Limar group.
• Also responsible for receiving all goods and purchases and properly storing them.
• Responsible to ensure that the product purchased is the same product received and checking on the weight and quantities of all.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Will lead the monthly inventory of all storerooms, all goods and products.
