PROCESS ENGINEER (OIL PALM MILL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists Mill Manager to ensure compliance with all company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions.
2. Ensure optimum operation of palm oil mill process, in compliance with company policy and project management.
3. To lead palm oil mill’s maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing, and improving maintenance programs.
4. Assist on projects, assessing project requirements, budgets, timescales, and specifications.
5. Ensure that machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the processes.
6. Supervise technicians to perform schedule maintenance, repair and installations of part and machines.
7. To plan the preventive maintenance program and organize the maintenance team in the maintenance of all machineries at the highest operation of efficiency.
8. To assist the Manager on the day-to-day mill operation, troubleshooting and control.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in palm oil mill processing will be an advantage.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Willing to reside in remote area.
