MILL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities: –

• Responsible for overseeing production and safety issues at mill.
• Record on process record, checklist, and report to the Management from time to time.
• Assist in daily operation, routine monitoring, and production control.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet both the standards of the mill and any public health and safety standards that may apply.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure workers follow SOP and safety guidelines at all time.
• Controlling workers’ discipline, welfare and other related matters on daily basis.
• Monitoring performance, work product and quality of the product.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
