IT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems
• Responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from how to set up an email account to system diagnostics, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the Company.
• Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the Company and will provide back up and support to the IT Manager.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
• Exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and server
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
