Human Resource Cum Admin Executive

Responsibility :

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits and Employee and Employer Relations.
  • Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and contribution submission i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements
  • Maintain employee profile and up-to-date leave records
  • Ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and managing staff benefits such as medical claims, mileage claim, OT claims
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations
  • Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance and ensuring the office is well-organized
  • Maintaining accurate records of unit owners, tenants, and staffs
  • Safekeeping important documents, such as meeting minutes and agreements
  • Preparing agendas, notices and documents for Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • To carry any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirement :-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR related field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Possess good personality, self-motivated, able to work independently/team, positive and proactive.
