Human Resource Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  1. Able to handle Leave management – overall administration, individual records and report.
  2. Staff Claim Management (Medical, Mileage etc) – overall administration, processing, individual records and report.
  3. Management of Time Attendance – provide monthly Time Attendance Report (monthly basis)
  4. Management of Staff access Card – issuance / termination
  5. Assisting preparing Letters for Contract Staff
  6. Able to do File Management / updates -Employee File / personal records
  7. Telecare Reports and internal telephone directory – generate telecare report and update / provide internal telephone directory to staff (monthly basis)
  8. Assisting and provide administrative /clerical support to recruitment, training, ER and C&B
  9. Relief main counter  during absence of Receptionist.
  10. Any other ad hoc task / report
