Job Descriptions:
Able to handle Leave management – overall administration, individual records and report.
Staff Claim Management (Medical, Mileage etc) – overall administration, processing, individual records and report.
Management of Time Attendance – provide monthly Time Attendance Report (monthly basis)
Management of Staff access Card – issuance / termination
Assisting preparing Letters for Contract Staff
Able to do File Management / updates -Employee File / personal records
Telecare Reports and internal telephone directory – generate telecare report and update / provide internal telephone directory to staff (monthly basis)
Assisting and provide administrative /clerical support to recruitment, training, ER and C&B
Relief main counter during absence of Receptionist.
Any other ad hoc task / report
